For those of you who haven't read it yet. The scenario that happened on Crimea where pro-Russian armed militant groups storm and capture regional parliament buildings, declare independence and call for Russian tropps to enter the newly founded city states until they can vote on belonging to Russia, is repeating itself in cities in eastern Ukraine.
Just before these events, the Russian Federation council gave the go ahead to Putin for deployment of military forces on Ukrainian soil.
First with the Donetsk Peoples Republic en.itar-tass.com/world/726787
Wether or not the actual appointed regional council took part in this is questionable, as at least the governor denies it and the room had armed men taking part of the process.
And then Kharkiv en.itar-tass.com/world/726919
Due to these actions, Sweden has completely cut of all co-operation with Russia, especially on military level, and has also introduced the policy: "Swedish companies shouldn't furnish the Russian military or defence industry with military equipment that risks being used against Swedish troops."

There is also some news about Russian officials urging Ukraine to "halt military preparations" or risk "civil war". Implying that the pro-Russian militia will use arms against Ukrainian military and police. Though i lost the link to this.
Edit: Note to any of those who follow the news flow. Don't trust everything you read. Russian propaganda is in full swing and is in my opinion, far more capable than western. Western propaganda is also affluent in response to Russian, but more often easier to spot. It's better to doubt ALL the newsflow rather than believe it.
